Obstacle Course
This week you're going to create an obstacle course using items from your house. Feel free to add simple exercises and stretches. You can make it inside or outside!

Ideas & Suggestions:
- Use water bottles as cones to jump over or run around - Use sheets to create a tunnel - Perform an exercise at a specific spot in a room - Climb on a chair and jump off - Use painters tape on the floor to make a balance beam |
